A report of our preliminary findings from the first Walk & Roll 794 event are now available to view. The event took place on November 18th at 12pm and covered a western segment of I-794, adjacent to the Marquette Interchange.

WisDOT’s Lake Interchange study page remains open for public comment. Submit comments to their public comment form through December 5th.
Engage your city and county elected officials and let them know your vision for a removed or reconfigured I-794.
We invite all to walk & roll through the I-794 corridor at street level, whether at one of our events (coming early Spring 2026) or in your own time.
Observe who interacts with the corridor.
Take note of how it feels to walk or roll along Clybourn from 6th St. to the Lakefront.
Examine what exists and envision what’s possible.
